Falowiec

The Falowiec is an undulating type of prefabricated building that was built a total of eight times in Gdansk. The best known is the longest prefabricated building in the Przymorze district with a length of almost 850 meters and space for almost 6,000 residents.When so many people live together in a confined space, doors become extremely important barriers. They create private spaces and offer security. Instead of the stereotypical dreariness of a prefabricated building, the Falowiec shines in many colors, so that the doors, fences and window grilles do not spread an atmosphere of hostility either
