Für die Vögel – Sunny Side Down

Opinions differ when it comes to the preferred method of preparing egg dishes. The term “sunny side down” refers to a fried egg that is fried on both sides. The bird bowl shown imitates the appearance of such a fried egg. The yolks are facing downwards, while the birds can quench their thirst from the open parts of the shell on the upper side.
